recent changes / outages
About 2 weeks ago qlstats had to move to a different hoster who offers DDoS protection. The frequency and volume of attacks was too much for the old hoster to handle, so they shut down the server permanently.
The site was running fine for some time at the new hoster.
A few days ago the site was under extreme load again, but this time from API requests. Therefore the backend servers on port 8080 and 8088 are no longer directly accesible. qlstats.net:8080 is replaced by qlstats.net, and qlstats.net:8088 by api.qlstats.net.
There is now a limit of 5 HTTP requests per IP per second.
