"d1z: don't forget to write a news post about update @noctis :P"
Well... stuff changed, mostly backend and admin stuff.
Everything else should be obvious e.g.: Rankings can now also have sub rankings for continents or groups of continents for example http://www.plusforward.net/rankings/3/Quake-Live/5/Duel/1/Europe/ . Apart from that only a few other visual changes, but mostly its a backend and admin update.
That is all, have a good day.

Biggest change is Event posts have been split into Event and Tournament posts and both have a slightly new design with more information directly in them (instead of the tabs below the post).
This new tournament post now also includes some map stats.
The events page list has received a change from the list style to smth slightly more flashy.
There is now also a twitter bbcode tag that can be used in posts and comments like this [ twitter=https://twitter.com/QuakeChampions/status/761579095239122944 ] (without the spaces between the brackets, you can also only use the id instead of the full url)
80% of the other changes are only interesting for admins.
What this means is that content is split into game sections/groups if there is a relevant group like /overwatch/post/... or /quake/post/...
This way if someone links you a post for e.g. an unreal tournament match the user opening the result will also see other unreal tournament content instead of having only the one UT post in front of him and the rest of the site being drowned in Overwatch content.
It might need some getting used to and probably still needs some tweaking here and there so if you notice any oddities please report them. :)
Additionally a few pages have received some extra filters like livestreams and calendar to better handle the game sections.
