These new icon_rflx Reflex Arena tournaments will enable to galvanize the competitive scene on a regular basis, as explained by the organizers :
Reflex has been in need of a more established competitive scene for some time. The goal of the Reflex Monthly Cups is to give those who have the drive to compete in duel the guarantee that their commitment will be rewarded. We will provide a sustainable framework for competitive and dependable Reflex duel tournaments that will continue as long as there is demand. Our target is to hold one tournament every 4 weeks for each region.

 
Registration
Registration for the icon_challonge North American or icon_challongeEuropean cups is handled through Challonge.com.
 
Ruleset
In the event that the 1.2 update is not released by the start of the first editions, the tournaments will be played on the 0.48.3 client build. The developers confirmed in August that the custom ruleset currently running on 0.48.3 servers will replace the current competitive ruleset in the next patch. The Monthly Cups will be played on this finalized custom ruleset.
 
Schedule
Cups will be held on Sundays every other week, alternately between NA and EU cups. The first two cups will be held on December 3, 2017 at 2:00 PM EDT (UTC-4) for North America and December 17, 2017 at 5:00 PM CET (UTC+1) for Europe.
 
Map Pool
The current map pool is: The Catalyst, Furnace, Pocket Infinity, Ruin, and Simplicity.
 
Prize Pool
Each cup's prize pool is funded by donations with a prize cap of 75$/75€. Any donations beyond the prize cap will be used to fund subsequent prize pools.
