Feb-05: Recalculated Ratings
Today all matches and ratings are being recalculated.
This was necessary because ratings could leak from one game type to another when multiple matches finished and were rated simultaneously.
Recalculating everything also means that the latest criteria for accepting/rejecting matches are applied, so some may no longer be rated.
One such change was that the tolerated play time difference between team red and blue was reduced from +/-10% to +/-5%.
In duel, when the player in lead forfeits, this is now considered a loss (used to be counted as win).
The "RD" value increases slower over time than in the past, so the first match on a day (or after an idle period) will have a smaller impact.
