The only class that has me interested from all of those videos is Pharah (rocket launcher class). I hope Zarya turns out to be good too (LG/grenade class).

Still not sure about this game but its looking like it will probably be extremely successful

I'm just bummed out about their approach to FPS, trying to remove all mechanical player skills that made FPS games fun.

Thats why I'm concerned. Characters like zenyatta have an auto aimed regular attack, many of the characters ultimates are just "press button and wait for your character to do a bunch of shit". The classes look very restrictive to the point where you would get bored unless you could switch often, but thats an issue because only a couple of the classes actually look fun

Theyve tried to make it so easy to hit certain attacks and reward the player that some of the moves are a little ludicrous to play against (from what I can tell). Like tracers ability to dash in and drop a powerful nade and escape without being at risk and dealing tons of damage

Or how mcree seems to be able to freeze their opponent to hit easy shots. I think his ultmiate is just a lockon system that garuntees kills unless his opponents can escape

It also looks slow, even as tracer.

Its a shame because I think blizzard have the marketing resources to bring out a more skillful game and still have half the internet excited for it

Yeah the more i read about the game the more i got disappointed, blizzard is trying really hard to remove player skills from every genre they touch. :/

If i could at least increase the fov a bit it might at least not look so slow. :D

A FOV slider will be included according to this site! http://games.on.net/2015/07/overwatch-fov-slider/. But people who played it at Gamescom said there was no slider but the FOV had been increased from previous builds. So it's either lies or hasn't been implemented yet.

Yep, I was keen on Widowmaker before I heard the grappling hook has some kind of cool down before it can be used again! So like you say, Pharah and Zarya are looking the most appealing.
