fearZZz has reclaimed the Quake III Arena single-player Nightmare speedrun record, setting a new best time of 28:51.96 — more than 22 seconds faster than the previous record held by RAISY. This is also the first-ever sub-29-minute run for the category.
The previous record was set 12 days ago by RAISY, who completed the campaign in 29:11.29.
