Quake Live Has Been Ahead of Quake Champions on Steam for a Year
According to SteamCharts, Quake Live has maintained a higher average concurrent player count on Steam than Quake Champions for the past year.
The last month where Quake Champions was ahead was November 2024 (272 vs 261). From December 2024 onwards, Quake Live moved in front and has stayed there since. By November 2025, the gap had widened to roughly 71 average players. Quake Champions did see a small month-to-month increase in November, but the latest patch hasn’t translated into a noticeable shift in the overall SteamCharts trend so far.
