A new build has been released on the Quake Champions Public Test Server. This update is centered mostly on champion changes, especially for Eisen, Galena and Ranger, and also includes a couple of bug fixes.

Game updates:
  • Fixed a crash when selecting Random Bots or Mystery Champions in Custom Game
  • Fixed first-person hands being visible during the champion respawn animation
Champion updates:
  • Anarki
    • Weapon switching is now disabled during ability usage
    • Weapon swaps can still be pre-queued, but will only execute after the injection ends
  • Doom Slayer
    • The control handling for disabling weapon fire and weapon switching during ability usage was changed
  • Sorlag
    • The control handling for disabling weapon fire and weapon switching during ability usage was changed
  • Eisen
    • Turret now spawns at 125 HP and ticks down to 100 HP at 1 HP/sec
      • on live, it spawns at 120 HP and stays there
    • Damaged turret health now regenerates back to 100 HP if it stays idle for 5 seconds without taking more damage
    • Armor pickups now repair turrets, adding armor from Eisen’s pickups
    • Eisen can now deny Light Armor pickups while at max armor, allowing that armor to go toward turret repair
    • Armor pickup cooldown reduction changed:
      • Shards – 5%
      • Light Armors – 10%
      • Heavy Armors – 15%
  • Galena
    • Totems now receive Quad Damage, Protection, and Spawn Protection effects, showing when they deal or can receive more damage
    • Totems now spawn at 75 HP and tick down to 50 HP at 1 HP/sec
    • Damaged totems now regenerate back to 50 HP if left idle for 5 seconds without taking more damage
    • Totems owned by the player now appear solid through walls, helping distinguish them from a teammate Galena’s totems
    • Enemy totems now have a visible SFX ring that works across all lighting quality settings
  • Ranger
    • Dire Orb test values:
      • Direct damage – 75
      • Splash damage – 60
      • Shoot delay after orb increased from 0.4 to 1.0 sec
