Can the console be enabled in Overwatch?
The title is kinda self explanatory. It seems impossible to google an answer without just getting references to console gaming, so I brought the question in here in stead.

Even if it has a developer console, Blizzard has been very vocal with limiting the game to simple options as "everyone should play the same game".
