In the Grand Final, WiseGenie faced St0n3, mirroring the exact final matchup of the previous Blood Run: No pain, no gain tournament. After losing to St0n3 in the upper bracket final, the eventual champion battled through the lower bracket to force a rematch, ultimately securing the title with a 3:2 victory.

This result marks the first Blood Run tournament victory for WiseGenie, who previously secured two consecutive runner-up finishes in the series.
