Details have been
announced for the new
Division 2 of the
250 FPS QL League Season 6. The division will feature
10 players and a
$300 prize pool, while the top two finishers will receive direct invitations to
Division 1 for the following season.
The lineup will be formed from the best-performing players in the
Season 6 qualifiers who did not earn one of the four available
Division 1 slots and are able to participate in the league.
Division 2 will begin with a 10-player round-robin group stage, with five matches played each week. The top six will advance to a double-elimination playoff.
Prize distribution:
— $120 + Division 1 invitation for next season
— $80 + Division 1 invitation for next season
— $60- 4th — $40
The new structure creates a promotion route from the qualifiers through
Division 2 into the main league. Players who miss out on a direct
Division 1 place can therefore still qualify for the following season through their
Division 2 result.
