Thri11er, meanwhile, had been sent to the lower bracket by Keltz in the semifinals, but recovered with wins over klyb and Yup before taking a 2:1 revenge victory over Keltz in the Lower Bracket Final.
The Grand Final proved more one-sided, with k1llsen winning all three maps to take the $50 first prize. Thri11er earned $30 for second place, improving on his third-place finishes at both NAQCL #77 and NAQCL #78 to record his third consecutive podium in the series. Keltz finished third for $20, while Yup took fourth.
