To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the legendary shooter, Bethesda has released Dawn of the Machine, a new free expansion for the original Quake. Developed by MachineGames in collaboration with id Software, this massive update adds a brand-new episode to the game.

What’s included in Dawn of the Machine:
  • 19 new single-player maps
  • New locations for Deathmatch mode
  • New enemies and weaponry
  • An all-new soundtrack
The story follows the nameless Ranger, who finds themselves trapped in a dimension of nightmarish, infinite illusions. Players must hunt down a mysterious, horrific machine to break the cycle of visions once and for all.
