Strongsage completes unbeaten run at EGB QC Cup #7
Strongsage has won the EGB QC Cup #7 without dropping a map. He defeated dramiS 3:0 in the Grand Final, which became the first all-American title match in the seven editions of the series.
On his way through the upper bracket, Strongsage defeated cYpheR 2:0, followed it with another 2:0 against dramiS, and then beat Thri11er 2:0 in the Winners Final. dramiS recovered from their first meeting by winning three elimination matches – against St0n3, k1llsen and Thri11er – to earn another chance in the Grand Final. The second meeting again went to Strongsage, this time 3:0.
The victory is Strongsage's second in the EGB QC Cup series after EGB QC Cup #4. After seven editions, the series has produced only three different champions: k1llsen has three titles, while Keltz and Strongsage have two each.
