Strongsage takes back-to-back NAQCL titles at Tournament #71
Strongsage has won the NAQCL Duel Tournament #71, beating Thri11er 3:0 in the Grand Final.
The same three players had occupied the podium at NAQCL Duel Tournament #70 one week earlier – in exactly the same order. Strongsage again went through the upper bracket, defeating klyb 2:0, Thri11er 2:0 and St0n3 2:0 in the Winners Final.
Thri11er returned through the lower bracket after eliminating Yup, dramiS and St0n3, but the second meeting with Strongsage ended 3:0. The result gives Strongsage two consecutive victories in the NAQCL Duel Tournament series. It was also the first half of a successful weekend for the American, who went on to win EGB QC Cup #7 the following day.
