AGENT had dropped to the lower bracket after losing to ash in the Winners Bracket semifinal. He then beat dazator, took the rematch against ash in the Lower Bracket Final and defeated k1llsen for the title. AGENT earned $200 from the $500 prize pool, with k1llsen receiving $100 and ash $60.

The entire tournament was played on a single map, Tortured – Frontier Edition. The event began with a group stage, after which the qualified players advanced to a double-elimination bracket. The one-map format is the main idea behind the Frontier series: the map is revealed only several days before the event, giving everyone a limited amount of time to learn it before every tournament match is played on the same arena.
Frontier Gaming also provides an additional way to revisit matches played on the tournament's official servers. The Games archive includes match replays, while individual games can be opened in a detailed analytics interface with weapon statistics, item pickups, damage and other data.
